Light-Duty Fabric Roll Up Covers
Gortite® Fabric Shade Rollers provide protection against liquids, UV, light chip loads, dust, dirt and other particulate. Shade rollers are an ideal solution for applications that require a protective barrier but do not require the complete seal of a bellows cover. Light-duty shade rollers can be applied in vertical, cross rail and horizontal applications.
Channels are available to minimize the amount of contaminant getting past the shade. Shade rollers consist of a spring roller, shade material and mounting brackets. The shade rollers can also be installed in a canister which simplifies the mounting and can also provide a more complete application solution. A brush wiper on the canister cleans the shade as it retracts and prevents foreign matter from damaging the take-up hardware.
All Gortite® canisters and shade rollers are custom and thus can be manufactured to meet your application requirements.
