PWC-100, Portable Weld Curtain
Gortite Portable Weld Curtains are the most portable weld curtain on the market. Set up and break down in seconds, the curtain can be transported to new working stations easily with its smooth, durable roller wheels. When retracted, it stands less than 6" high with a base of 80.5" long for easy storage.
Heavy-duty steel construction provides years of use in a manufacturing environment. Suitable for MIG, TIG and stick welding, the weld screen protects against the effects of near UV and UV radiation emitted during arc welding. Aiding in the containment of sawdust or other light debris, the weld curtain can also be used for work cell separation, as a privacy wall, or to block distracting views to increase employee productivity. The shade can be used in work environments with temperatures as low as 10º F and features a double-stitched pocket to secure the shade bar. Steel outriggers create a stable base that has a high visibility safety finish.
