DS-100, Die Set Shields

Unique bellows-type covers to protect ball bushing or standard die sets

Die Shields are available in seven sizes to cover pins from 3/4" to 2-1/2" diameter to completely seal out damaging dust, scale and chips.

  • Complete with back up mounting plate and clamp

Die set shields are manufactured from heavy-duty, oil-resistant, neoprene-coated nylon material. The bellows-type, formed construction seals out damaging abrasive particles and insures long-life operation, even in the highest-speed die set applications.
