Sealed PTFE Bellows

Sealed PTFE construction is a patented A&A process in which separate sections of Fluoropolymer (a Teflon®-type material) are joined by polymerization to form a sealed cover. Sealed PTFE Bellows have a temperature range of -60° F to 500° F and nominal fold heights of 1 inch to 3.5 inches. This results in a rugged bellows for use in high temperature applications and in harsh chemical environments such as paint mixing tanks. PTFE bellows are available in any size or shape. No tooling costs make PTFE bellows an ideal choice for OEM use on both prototype models and new designs.
